schema.org markup for pages about other websites

Hi, we have a website with a few thousand pages about other services that we integrate with. These are mainly other companies that have a website or have an app. (eg. yelp, tripadvisor, g2, crunchbase).

I am not sure the best schema markup to use on these pages. We currently have a generic WebSite markup which I am not sure is appropriate.

I am considering using ProfilePage with a mainEntity of Organization but I am not sure whether ProfilePage is seen as specific to people rather than organizations.

I have checked a few sites that have pages about other companies and the approach is very scattered with most just using Organization or something more specific.

Would ProfilePage with a mainentity be appropriate? Or just use Organization directly?
