Looking for a SEO partner to

I'm looking for a SEO partner to improve the organic traffic on an adult chat social network (meetinchat.com)

At the moment the site is ranked 80k on Alexa but only 4k users per day (more than 5k sessions of 20 mins)

Even if the user experience on the site seems to be enough fast, the speed of a single page is not (it's an application developed with Angular 7.2)

I developed the site so I have access to all the possible change in order to improve the online SEO. Mainly I need to be helped on offline SEO
