How come this site manage to get that much traffic in such short time.?!

Hi. I came across a website. Website is hardly 4-5 months old but it is getting around 30k/m visitors (As per semrush). Only thing which makes sense is backlinks.. That site doing quite aggressive backlinks building.. Or is their anything else which i am missing .. Most of its ranking keywords are money keywords..
