Convenient way to track website hits

Has anyone come up with a convenient way to monitor real-time website hits through Google Analytics? And I dont mean opening up an ipad or iphone and looking at the iOS Google Analytics app.

Something that is on all the time and shows you your website traffic in real-time, all the time. I was hoping Amazon Alexa could be adopted to do this as it sits conveniently on your desk. There are a few google analytics aps for Amazon Alexa, but nothing that displays in real-time.
