Will changing my company address to a different state get me flagged by Google?

I have a small painting business and I’m planning on moving from the Midwest to Florida. I want to keep my business and my business page as I have about 40 reviews and Google is the main source of my leads. I obviously need to change my address but I’d also like to change my company if possible and also my phone number so that it will be a local number. I’ve tried to research a little bit but there is some conflicting info out there. It looks like I can change the address without to much issue but that I might get flagged if I also change the name...
