does any keyword tool show exact match?

does any keyword tool show exact match these days?

From my understanding (i could be wrong here), most keyword tools like moz, ahrefs, and semrush show volumes by grouping different search terms into clusters

so if you use these keyword tools to search "seo" - it'll have a monthly volume of 180,000

However this doesn't mean 180,000 people are actually typing the exact words "seo" into google search bar.....this means that 180,000 people are searching for something very similar to that...like maybe "seo help" or "what is seo"

so with that said, does anyone have any approximations for what percentage of people searching about a particular keyword is typing in the exact match of that keyword? (in other words, what % of the 180,000 people searching for "seo" is actually typing in the exact words "seo" as opposed to something similar)
