Should I cancel web.com?

I run a residential Animal Nuisance Removal company (just me) and looking to cancel web.com ($150 per month). They will allow me to keep my site live and dormant for a minimal fee. I do have my own website I’ve created and optimized myself with the help of fiverr gigs. Its hard to tell how many calls I get from my site. Google analytics tell me i get 3300 new users a month. I do get an average of 30 calls a month from web.com. But from my understanding web.com does not really do anything off page. I’ve been with them since 2013!!! Smh. Will I still get the average 30 calls per month from them if I go in dormant mode?
