Questions for the SEO gods

Dear reddit,

I hired someone to make me a wordpress site, I’m very happy with the job done but text is really default and has not yet been optimized.

I want to hire someone to help me with the SEO and have the following questions.

Question 1:

Site is in Spanish, will someone english speaking be able to help me with the SEO or do I need, or is highly preferable, to have someone spanish speaking to help me with the SEO?

Question 2:

Business is not yet operational (because of licenses) but it will be in about 2 months. I’ve known SEO takes some time to work, should I start right now or as soon as possible the launching of the site? (Site is done but not public or optimized)

Question 3:

Our goal is to open the same business in neighboring country within 6-12 months, should we start the process of working publicly on the page equivalent ccTLD of the other country website?

Question 4: Also have bought other popular endings of our domain like .net .org and others. I suspect something could be done to benefit from those, what would you recomend?

Sorry for the long post, I’m a newbie but really want to succeed, every comment or suggestion is highly appreciated.

If there is any other recommendations not related to the question they are also really happily received.
