Does it matter if my content is in Dutch and my image titles & alt tags are in English?

Hi there,

I have a website which targets the Dutch market. Therefore, the whole website is written in Dutch.

I have about 12k unoptimized images on my website, and I want to hire a VA to add alt tags to all images. The VA obviously doesn't speak Dutch, so the alt tags would be in English.

Does it matter if my website is in Dutch and my alt tags are in English?
