"clientTransferProhibited" ICANN on a domain name I want

Hi all - I did a search on a domain name that I want to register for my business.

The website itself, when searched in my browser, comes up as "403 Forbidden - You don't have permission to access this resource." page. I looked up the domain through ICANN Lookup, and it says:

Domain status: clientTransferProhibited
Registry Expiration: 2021-05-13 15:49:10 UTC
Created: 2015-05-13 15:49:10 UTC

On 13 May 2021, will this domain be available on the market to register again? Or is there something here that I am missing (I am not overly tech-savvy, but I am trying my best!)
