Another question about foreign backlinks

Hello, i have another question about foreign backlinks. The other day i asked if it hurts your site if you have backlinks from websites in other languages.

I still have some questions about it. I made pictures on Pixabay which are used by websites all over the world and some will put our company's name as credit.

I first started with asking the website's in my own language for a backlink for using my picture (which is not obligated ofcouse) but now i want to start to ask websites in other languages. Some big news websites (with good DA and PA) in other languages like German used my picture. They cite our company's name as credit (Picture by OURCOMPANY). I'll ask them if they can link (OURCOMPANY) to our website.

I'm still a bit doubtfull if it will be smart if like the German news website puts a backlink on their site to our Dutch company's website. Does Google think they are natural? Most of the times the subject of the articles is kinda similiar to a service we deliver. Thanks in advance!
