What is your keyword clustering process ??

I have large set of keywords which I need to cluster ,subclusters and create modifiers.how are you finding clusters?if you have large set of keywords.I tried with marketbold keyword grouper tool.but it's not responding in browser if we are doing a lot of keywords. Do you have any other method or resource which I can look into.
