Looking for a part-time (eventually full time) onsite/page SEO expert

We have a new agency site we are about to launch. We are looking to hire someone part-time (and eventually move to full time) that can help us plan and execute the following tasks:

• Topic and Keyword Clustering (using content silos). We need you to understand Word2Vec & Clustering from a topic and keyword perspective (to execute this plan)
• Understand Google Vision and Image AI (and use to use this with the 1st point on all the content that gets published
• Help to publish commercial intent pages with low competition first (for quick wins)
• Understand schema.org really well and implement to exploit all opportunities where schema markup will help our site to rank and get traffic
• Have a strong understanding of the call to action and conversion elements that help visitors to take desired actions
• Have working knowledge with content tools like SurferSEO or Article Insights
• Have working knowledge with tools like Frase.io
• Using Wordpress plugins like Link Whisperer (or know how to do internal linking manually)
• Understand Googles crawl budgets and structure our website to perform in search
• Be able to confidently communicate technical requirements on the website to our programmers (for any changes that need to be made)

Your role would be mainly interacting with content writers, programmers, and in some cases, link builders (along with the core business owners). The business is based in Australia. We are looking to hire someone from overseas (purely for budget reasons).
