If you had to choose today - Which One? YoastSEO, RankMath and SEOFramework?

I've been searching /seo back the last year or so and I really can't get a solid answer. Which one would you install if you are updating your site.

Yoast - Bloated

RankMath - Fake reviews etc... But I'm hearing people like them.

SEOFramework - It's light but has potential.

I have Yoast currently installed. But all this reading about rankmath has me confused on which one to change to or stay with.
