I have a page that seems stuck in Google no matter how hard i try

Hi guys

So I have a page that i´ve been trying to optimize for better rankings. Now roughly 4 months after i am still not seeing good results. The landing page just seems stuck in google rankings.

In general i am doing good when making new pages and they rank high. So i think i know what i am doing.

Anyway I think I have found the root of the cause. I think the landing page i've been trying to optimize needs a namechange.

So my landing is now called "boligudlejning" and I want to be found for keywords like "udlejning af bolig skat" because this is what has the best traffic - the difference is from 20 to 140 queries a month.

I am found on page 2 and cant reach page 1. Now would a name change from "boligudlejning" to "udlejning af bolig" help me getting closer to page 1?
