Google displaying my title wrong for my Wordpress blog. Prepends "5 thoughts on..."

For some reason Google has decided my post title isn't right and instead it uses the <h2> title of my comment section which is "5 thoughts on [my title]" as the search result title!

It's been like this for months and this post is still successful on SEO, so I'm confused. I have Yoast and I did nothing differently from any other posts, and no other posts have this problem.

Anyone know how I can get this corrected?
