Does 60k search volume for a brand mean 60k people are interested in the overall category?

I'm trying to gauge search demand for the topic of buying a business.

Ahrefs says "buy a business" gets only 4k/mo. Not a ton.

However, "bizbuysell" gets 60k/mo.

Bizbuysell is the most popular marketplace of businesses for sale. There is almost no reason someone would visit the site other than interest in buying a business.

So, my question:

Is it fair to infer search demand for the topic of buying a business from the search volume for this particular website name "bizbuysell"?
