Why I'm getting the Tiny Site Links instead of the Full Site Links from Google?

I used to have the big Site Links, now that changed to the "tiny" version. and I'm disliking this very much.

I recently updated my site with a news ticket at the top. It is in the same div where there is a "menu". Does this has something to do with it? Or why wouldn't google show the big Site Links instead of this version?

Is it matter where the content is located on the code? Or where it is on the visible design itself? (I could easily move the news ticket at the top with CSS and have it located on the code at the bottom, so google don't pick that up for a menu).
