Removing All in One SEO plugin for Yoast - Advice needed

Hey guys. I've been using All-In-One SEO for a blog which has around 40 articles. However I want to replace it with YOAST instead. Has anyone done this before that could advise me on the best way to approach this. I'm concerned that this will impact blog titles, current meta-descriptions ETC
