[Question] How to build backlinks for resume one pager?

Say you are a developer. And you have this nice one pager resume. It looks great, the wording sentiment is awesome. Loads in less than a second, in short technically it's perfect.

You're not credited specifically in your projects (because devs are usually not credited) so those backlinks are not avail.

So how do you increase your domain authority?

Let's say Paid ads and constant Content generation on social media in not an option.

Any other tips?
