IMG Optimization + Resizing Tools

I work within CMSs like wordpress/wix/shopify etc. and often have trouble with resizing images within blog articles. I have the adobe creative suite and sometimes resize in photoshop/illustrator, but I often mess something up in exporting. I know jpegs lose quality every time you export, but I've gotta work with the images I'm given. What's your process like for image optimization--or do you even bother?

Also is there such thing as a tool where you can

1. Upload a bunch of images
2. Quickly rename them
3. Uniformly resize and export
