Editing hyperlink (mobile) - HELP PLEASE

So on Quora if you copy and paste a hyperlink, you can easily edit the link to make it look like the words of your sentence or content.

How do you do this on an android phone?

I use my phone alot for SEO and I want to be able to copy a link and edit it into normal words.
