I have a client who I worked with 5 years ago and ranked them first page for several searches. After 2 years I fired them as a client. In the 2 years I was away, their SEO went past page 3 on Google search. Now I'm back, got them paying $2000 a month, they are again first page and 11th over all for the best search term (after 8 months of SEO work). But the owner is back to giving me advice from his kids. FYI, his kids style is like that webpage Homer Simpson built, they have Eliminator on top of wordpress with every damn text effect and image transition going, two top menus, and 8 social media links above those menus. This time around, I'm not going to stress about his advice, I just keep shutting down his suggestions. Thankfully his top two sales people told him to leave me alone for the next six months. Any one in a similar situation?
