Website Ranking on Bing but not on Google. Need Advice!

I am new to SEO and I need some advice. I have recently launched a website with the domain name of the exact search phrase "is this written by ChatGPT" (dot com). The website only has a landing page with a form to check the authenticity of the text. I haven't done any backlinking or blogging yet, but interestingly, the website is ranking number one on Bing for the exact search phrase and has brought a few not bad results.

However, when I search the same phrase on Google, my website doesn't show up anywhere in the search results unless I use the "site://" operator. I'm assuming that just like Bing it will rank on Google as well or do I need to write blogs, add Backlinks to improve my site's visibility on Google?

For context, "is it down right now" keyword which has a monthly search volume of 5,300 according to the ahrefs tool but it's dot com domain receives 3 million visits per month.
