I'm optimizing h1 tags for my new jobs content pilot site and when I look at the h1 tags there are 2. H1-1 and H1-2. H1-1 is redundant and says subscribe to our newsletters this text is located in the drop down menu, while h1-2 is the actual H1 you can view on the page. I'm concerned about the effects this may be having.

Any insight would be greatly appreciated.
