Why is article not appearing in rankings?

Hi everyone,

I had a quick question regarding rankings. I am working on SEO for a company that uses a Squarespace site and I was wondering if I was somehow missing something.

I am new to SEO in general(one of the many things I have learned on the fly for this job) and I thought I did everything right: keywords, specific title, the works. However, when I search the article name or even article name + website, it won't appear in the search results. For context, this was posted with the blog feature of Squarespace.
