Old Aged site with 40,000 backlinks. Local SEO. Everyone else has 400.
How are they not penalized for this shit? It's a 10+ year old site but it's blatant link spam. 40,000 vs 400 or less for pretty much everyone else. The closest is 1500.
Edit: They gained 40,000 in the span of 2 months last May/June. How they were not hit by the Dec spam update I don't know. Currently ranking #1.
