My site main landing page keeps being unindexed by Google - any idea why?

The rest of my site pages are always indexed properly once I submit it for indexing, but this is the second time that I have discovered my main site landing page has been unindexed. It gets indexed again very quickly once I submit it, but given this has happened twice now, I am wondering what the reason is behind this? Thank you!
