BEGINNER QUERY

It is usually said to start with informational intent content as it builds authority & put affiliate a but later. But since my niche is micro (aitools) within (macro), ppl usually searching for 'aitools' are looking for actual tools & not how it can make their lives better. That word itself is commercial intent. Will commercial intent won't get me authority? If yes, How should I go about it
