What to do after massive google ranking drop?

My site was getting about 250 visits per day and had over 30 keywords on the first page of Google .

Since January 18th, all of my pages have fell completely down the Google rankings.

My site is still indexed on search console, and I don’t see any manual penalty. But it feels as if Google’s algorithm has somehow targeted my site.
