What has replaced forums in 10 years?

I am trying to come back in this space after an interval of more than 10 years. But world seems to have changed way more than I expected.

Previously I used forums like digital point, site point and others but now there is very less activity.

So where all the people have gone?

I want to relearn SEO and related stuff.
