Schema: Multiple Valid Items - Same Category

I'm using Schema Pro and Yoast - I have the option on Schema Pro to disable duplicate features on Yoast, but when I test pages on Google's Rich Results Test, I get various valid items on the same categories. Is that bad? I don't get why this happens, could the plugins be duplicating the same items?

Articles - 3 valid Items
Breadcrumbs - 2 valid Items
FAQ - 1 valid Item
Sitelinks searchbox - 1 valid items
