Losing backlink juice or not?

Hi all,

I need the answer of experienced SEO masters :D

My main menu at the top of my site links to pages that include only a list of posts in that category.

I'm linking to relevant posts with the targeted keyword as anchor text from the footer.

Am I losing backlink juice because of not linking to the main posts from the main menu?
