Increase In Keywords and Impressions, but CTR is way down

I have a website for my 1-person design agency.

In the past few months, I've been posting more and the site has been ranking for more keywords.

Total impressions are up, but my Average CTR rate has tanked.

Is it because of Featured Snippets and people not clicking on links? I checked GSC and nothing has drastically changed. No errors on the site.

Can you recommend some things I can implement to get CTR to grow along with impressions and keyword rankings?
