Does my website being banned on Google Ads have a negative influence on organic performance?

So I was just recently advertising my new blog and after a while got suspended by google ads because I used pretty over the top copy in my campaign descriptions. I didn't know anything about google ads and how it works so I created a new account and am now banned for circumventing systems. Now I'm pretty fucked and I know I will not get unbanned from what I've heard.

Anyway.

Does my website being banned on google ads have any affect on my organic SEO performance?

Man, I have to say google is just ruthless when it comes to their policies and even If I would change everything necessary, I'm pretty confident they would never unban me.

Google doesn't give a fuck at all about small businesses and to me it seems like they are almost trying to destroy us from all the things I've heard.

But whatever, I hope anyone on here has the answer.
