Banned from Google Adsense 7 years ago..

I was banned from Google Adsense program 7 years ago and it cutted all my finances and dreams to make money online at this time when I was young and did SEO based websites/blogs..
Now I wanted to open a new google Adsense account with a different Mail to enter the game again, do you think its clever? Or will they find it out, I mean its 7 years ago and I didnt now exactly why I was banned because they didnt tell me the reason but I think it was the HTML iFrame code which I embed into my site for watching live TV...everybody deserves a second chance I think, I will not do anything against the rules
