Using multiple target keywords in the Title Tag?

If I'm creating a comparison article between two products...

For example "Monday vs Asana"

Would a Title Tag with two keywords dilute the weight of article?

For example: "Monday vs Asana - Best Project Management Software" -- which includes the target keyword, but also "best project management software" is also a keyword.

Would such a title tag affect the ranking ability for the "monday vs asana" keyword, which is the target keyword for the campaign?
