Did I misunderstand what the Fiverr gig was about or did the seller actually give me incomplete data?

First of all, I don't know a lot about SEO. I wanted to start a new website/blog and couldn't come up with a new idea so I decided to try Fiverr just to get ideas (even if I don't use them).

I found a gig that was a bit expensive compared to others but it had a lot of orders and a lot of great reviews. So I bought the premium package which included a lot of things. Specifically 8 Niches along with keywords for each. It also included their search volume, CPC, KD, CTR, Priority, and 5 Competitor Analyses.

In the final delivery, I got the following things: 8 niches, Search Volume, KD, general CPCs of 8 products, Details CPCs of just 1 product based on their keywords, Trends & Trend Country of the main niche, and content (blog post) idea.

So I asked about the CPC of other keywords in other niches and about the missing CTR and Priority. He told me that he doesn't give CTR and Priority because that info is for him and not the buyers.

Then I asked about the competitor analyses, he told me that since I don't have a website/blog yet, I don't need it. I was expecting analyses of 5 out of 8 products he shared but he told me that it's only for the existing websites.

My questions are:

1. Why mention the things that the buyers are not supposed to get? As someone who doesn't know a lot about SEO, I would expect all the things mentioned, even if I don't understand them. I can always google and learn about them.
2. Shouldn't competitor analysis be about the new niches or am I missing something? The gig is literally about researching new niches. Why would I want random niches if I already have a niche?
