Traffic from foreign countries with 100% bounce rate staying on page for 0 seconds

Are these Russian bots fucking up my SEO? Also, I looked into some back links and they are on terrible websites.

I know that my client is working with another agency on SEO. And yes I’m about to educate him… but seriously.

Is this guy black hatting and making it look like he’s sending traffic to the website when it’s a bunch of bots and back links from sketchy ass websites??
