Need more potential leads?

Someone asked:

"I was looking for an expert in social media outreach. This is for a local kitchen remodeling company. We’re looking to hire someone who has proven experience finding leads without ad spending. "

My answer:

I'm not an outreach expert but this is what I'm doing for my own business. So let me give you some real quick solutions that actually going to help you to accomplish the target.

If you find someone very expert they will charge way too high. Instead, hire a VA and give him/her some basic training.

What's the method to collect the potential leads?

lets say your or your VAs social channel

target the people that you wanted to help

Connect with them every day as many as possible

Create short-form content on that social channels

Memes are great,

I assumed you already optimized that social profile so anyone can understand what you're searching for

So continuously create content, memes, go live etc (to make them engaged)

Discuss their problems and your solutions

find the community they spend time in and try to interact with any topic they talk about.

Try to make conversation on the comments

You know, within a few days, or weeks, you will find at least a few people that you can feel, if you email them they will respond positively.

You have to make a list and teach your VA how to do this.

Actually, if you call someone accidentally, most of the time they reject, but if you call someone well-known that works better.

So after the first month, Im sure you're gonna be fantastic results with highly qualified leads, that could easily convert.

Then make a google sheet and give him a "X" number to daily reach out a target, lets say, the VA will contact 100 companies every day from that profile, he/she will keep the recod of the profiles, website, and a screenshot that he/she sent them msg. So if you check out the google sheet, you see the day 1 they outreach 100 people, day 2 they outreach another 100 people, day 3 they reached 50 new people and 50 people from the day 1 list or something like that.

Actually, you know I never spend anything on ads, even Im not calling or messaging anyone, I'm just connecting with new people every day from my personal network and sharing knowledge. I help with everything I know to solve their problem, this way Im getting regular leads, then I have some clients working with me for years, they refer more clients, most of the time I'm getting referred clients lol. The current year I already crossed $100k+ last year I made $85k.
