My client wants fast result, what to do?

My client is from Australia, he had a tough time in the business from last 2 months. It’s a new website few months old, it’s a TV Service-related business.

The last month was all about Google updates with which the ranking fluctuated up and down. Business has competition in the niche so I targeted long term keywords and optimized others articles on blog category, but the google indexing is quite slow, it hasn’t indexed all the pages and articles and also made website SEO friendly.

I have also done local citation (NAP) like yellow pages and got some backlinks and added a call to action button on the website. Is there anything that can get early customers and inquiries for business, please let me know.
