If I delete an image post off Reddit, will that image eventually be removed from Google search results?

Awhile ago I posted a before and after picture after going to a beauty spa for lash extensions. Then recently a family friend messaged me saying she was googling before and after lash extension pictures and saw my face in the google image search results, basically just commenting on what a coincidence it was. This made me feel kind of weird and embarrassed, so I deleted the posts and my comments on it.

However, the image is still appearing in google search results. Will that eventually stop happening? I only just deleted it so I know it won’t be instant but it makes me uneasy if that will stay there forever regardless of my deleting it
