I have been hit by google algorith update

Its hard to tell but my site looks like it has been hit by an algorithm update, the day before yesterday my site loose rankings to all its keywords on serp even those with less competition. Any new post i add it cant be indexed or crawled , but before it was working fine and my posts where indexed quickly the manual report and security shows no issues any suggestion or help will be much appreciated
