How To Report Google Ads and Google Call Only Ads Scammers?

Hello,

I am a local locksmith, and we have suddenly seen scammer locksmiths surfacing in PPC spaces and avoiding Google Business Profile listing.

We can use a redressal form for Google Business Profiles to Report fake addresses. But, what about the PPC space?

Does Google care if a business is local or not? These PPC listings are dramatically affecting legitimately local locksmiths in the area (including myself). :(
