Ahref Site Audit Internal Link Discrepancy

The number of internal links I have pointing to a particular blog post is 10. However, according to my Ahref site audit report, I only have 3 internal links that were crawled to that post, not 10.

I went and doubled checked that all 10 of my internal links are still there, correct, and are pointing to that post. Anyone know what is accounting for the difference? In other words, why is Ahref's site audit only recognizing a 3 links pointing to the post instead of 10?

I ask because my impressions to that post were recently reduced by 95%. Am I being punished by Google or is there another explanation? (there are no toxic backlinks pointing to that post either).

I would appreciate any advice you might have.
