301 Redirect question

We have a blog on Shopify with over 200 current post. We installed a blog app which redirected all blog post URL to clean up how Shopify creates URLs for both search engine and website appearance. The app already set up all internal 301 redirects. However in Google search consul none of the new URLs are indexed, of course. In this situation is it better to submit URLs for Google to index or will it eventually do it on its own. Main reason for asking is for ranking and maintaining current traffic levels.
