Ballpark rates for full stack local SEO servies

I've been working in SEO, mostly global, for several years but have recently started my own local SEO service.

I am hyper focused on a very specific niche (martial arts gyms) because I am well-networked and have a ton of contacts, but I really have no baseline for how much SEO tends to cost as I have always been on the employee/contractor side of things.

I've currently got a web dev and a VA on my team funded out of pocket and am continuing to grow as I assign out the various workflows.

We offer everything from website creation + optimization, GMB optimization, local citations and backlinking, etc. plus ongoing management and monitoring of local SEO status.

We will have a setup fee to get everything in place, then I am looking to implement a monthly retainer for ongoing review management, any needed content upgrades, keeping photos current, and having someone on call virtually to manage any issues.

Does anyone with experience doing SEO for gyms, martial arts studios, or similar type of small business in a medium sized, medium COL city of roughly 1 million have a ballpark of what the pricing could be?

Edit: Actually, any data on pricing from any city is helpful.

Let's assume it's an established SEO company charging a market rate.

I will go lower on rates initially if needed as I build up our own reviews and reputation.

Any advice is helpful.
