SEO audit of a multipage website. What would be the ultimate solution?

Hey guys. Getting to work on this big project (100k+ pages, it's a tiles e-com store) and I'm thinking of the ultimate tool or a couple of tools that might help me out with it. Usually, I use Screaming frog, and check it manually, but here it's totally another level, and I want to keep it professional.

What do you use in such cases? What would be the optimal list of aspects to check?
