Google not indexing pages

I've noticed recently (past 2/3 weeks) that there has been a dramatic change on search console. I manage multiple websites and when requesting indexing on new pages, search console is stuck on "Discovered - not currently indexed".

This is happening across multiple websites, and previously when requesting indexing Google would likely index the new pages within a week.

I'm not necessarily looking for the solution, because this definitely feels like something has changed. It can't be just me with the problem? Is anyone else experiencing this? Have there been any updates etc recently?
