Is this an opportunity or trap?

In my mother tongue (with more than 100 millions of speakers) there's no mental health website at all.

There are tons of very specific topics that there's no content for (like: does Zoloft cause hairloss?). Even for relatively competitive topics, the quality of content available is very poor or at best, 2-3 high quality articles in Google's first page.

Since there are tens of millions of mental health searches per month in this language, I thought this is a great opportunity to provide high quality content but at the same time, I thought maybe previously launched websites have failed for some reason (maybe lifestyle websites rank better for these keywords? Or I'm overestimating size of search volume in mental health etc) and I can't see it now.

What do you think?
